We do not deploy everything at once. Phase one establishes the three operational modules every firm requires — screening, qualification and intake. The Kaspaflow hub binds them through a shared data layer. Phase two extends into client-facing work: proposals, reporting and outreach.

01Where does our data sit?+
On Kaspaflow infrastructure, hosted within the United Kingdom on bespoke non-cloud storage solutions — sovereign by design, with no third-party hyperscaler in the chain. Should you wish to migrate to your own servers at any stage, the build transfers with you.
02What integrates with our existing CRM?+
Bullhorn, Vincere, JobAdder and Salesforce are supported on the Firm tier as standard. Foundation includes two integrations of your choice. Atelier supports custom or proprietary systems.
03Can a single module be trialled before scaling?+
Yes — Foundation exists for precisely this. Most firms begin with the CV Screener, prove the return, and add modules from there. There is no requirement to commit to all modules up front.

04How long until phase one is operating on our desk?+
Three to four weeks from kickoff. Process audit in week zero, configuration in weeks one and two, parallel running in weeks three and four. Your team uses the modules alongside existing workflows before any handover.
05Do we need a technical lead on our side?+
No. The engagement is run by a named Kaspaflow specialist who works directly with your operations lead or managing partner. Technical involvement on your side is reviewed during the audit, not assumed.
